Description
Cold-pressed linseed oil containing ALA - Linolenic acid (an Omega-3 fatty acid), one of the most important essential fatty acids. It plays a role in a number of biochemical reactions, including immune function, improving stamina, and its beneficial effects on the cardiovascular, reproductive and nervous systems. It improves skin and hair condition and is a useful digestive aid.
The flaxseed from single oil mag, which contains a similar proportion of the omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids, such as the grass. This ratio is about 4: 1. Dosage recommendation:
up to 200 kg body weight 40 ml/day
Up to 300 - 400 kg body weight 60 ml/day
450 - 600 kg body weight up to 80 ml/day
Over 600 kg body weight 100 ml/day
Dispensing: in 500 ml (EH 135), 1 litre (EH 140), 2.5 litre (EH 715) and 5 litre (EH 141) plastic bottles.
1 litre of linseed oil will last for about 20-30 days.
